 Why goat’s milk? Goat's milk, a major mojo ingredient in our Zum Bar Soaps, is naturally balanced for the skin and naturally homogenized. The truth is, goat's milk is probably the absolute best mix of "good for you" and "good for nature." Unlike commercial soap, goat's milk soap contains capric, caprylic and caproic acids, and the naturally occurring triglycerides. Otherwise known as good fats. These good fats in goat's milk result in a pH level close to the pH level of your own skin, it can help keep your skin's oils in balance.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

When returning an item, shipping cost is the buyers responsibility and is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You may also choose PICK-UP INSTORE if you live in the area. To use this method of delivery, enter PICKUP3 at checkout to deduct shipping cost. Once item has been purchased, we cannot change shipping choice.
